Inventory control – an essential service

With hundreds of components to purchase, store and use, our fully computerised inventory control system forms an essential part of our service.

It allows for customer kits, products and bought in elements, whether small parts or bulky items, to be requested/ordered, tracked and stored in plenty of time for final assembly.

Each job has a unique reference number, giving us full traceability of all components throughout the production process.

And with our use of MRP planning software, each job is controlled, reported and tracked in real time, allowing us to keep customers fully updated about their work during all stages of manufacture
